Despite this, there are reasons for optimism, starting from the league table, as Ignazio Abate underlined when speaking to Milan TV: “It’s important that we don’t lose our composure. All the teams aren’t having an easy time of it at the moment, but, as opposed to previous years, this year we’re fourth in the table with eight games to go. There’s still a long way to go and anything can happen.”
