The former Real Madrid defender has been linked with a Bosman move to the Rossoneri, but their transfer campaign is on hold amid takeover negotiations.
“There’s no signature, no agreement and no negotiations,” Manuel Garcia Quilon, who represents Diavolo goalkeeper Diego Lopez too, told Calciomercato.
“These are just rumours. Diego Lopez to Chelsea? It’s not done yet, but the interest is real and concrete.”
