Bale gives Wales a point against Croatia
The Whites’ forward, who played the whole game, scored the equaliser in the first half.
Gareth Bale was the star of the EURO 2020 qualifying match between Wales and Croatia. The Whites’ forward got his side’s goal. In added time at the end of the first half, Davies stole a ball on the edge of the area and set up Bale, who got away from his man and scored to make it 1-1. Wales have 8 points and continue to fight for a place in the European Championship. Luka Modric started for Croatia and came off in the 90th minute. The Whites’ midfielder’s team lead Group E.
