This Sunday Real Madrid and Wales star Gareth Bale is helping launch a new initiative to help the fight against coronavirus.
“Combat Corona”
Bale and his footballing superstar buddies including the likes of Juventus’ Paulo Dybala, Manchester United’s Luke Shaw and Dan James, Arsenal’s Kieran Tierney, and Chelsea’s Mason Mount to name a few.
The players will all go head to head in a six-hour marathon FIFA 20 battle for supremacy.
They will give fans a chance to watch, and even get involved with Q&A and even win various prizes.
Speaking to Sport Bible, Bale explains he is just trying t do his part to help, raising both awareness and money.
He said:
“During this difficult time, I want to give back and try to help in any way I can.”
“Combat Corona is a great initiative that hopefully helps the fight against coronavirus.”
“At the same time entertains those who are unable to leave their homes.
