Roberto Donadoni will have Emil Krafth and Federico Viviani back from suspension, but will have to make do without Adam Masina here. This could see Krafth play on the opposite side of the defence from where he is most comfortable.
AC Milan
Vincenzo Montella might recover Davide Calabria for the trip to Bologna, which would at least give him two full-backs to pick from for this game. This should see the end of Juraj Kucka’s time in defence.
Prediction
Bologna were expected to lose against Napoli but not by the 7-1 margin that happened at the San Paolo. Confidence will be at rock bottom after that thrasing and Roberto Donadoni will need to keep spirits lifted ahead of their midweek clash with AC Milan.
Milan have now lost each of their last three and are now out of the race for Champions League football next season. They need to recover quickly, however, or risk missing out on European football altogether next season.
