The Three Lions head to Podgoirica to face Montenegro next and Gareth Southgate’s men won’t be short of confidence after their 5-0 win at Wembley.

And the skipper says the squad will take plenty of confidence from what was a stunning first win in the Euro 2020 qualifying campaign.

“It was a really good performance,” admitted the Spurs striker.

“We got ahead with a well-worked goal and then got the second just before half time which helps and we were really clinical in the second half.

“We made it tough for them from the start, everyone worked hard.

“We have another tough game on Monday, away from home in a different atmosphere and it will be a new experience for some of the lads who haven’t played in some of these countries before.

“But we’re looking forward to it and hopefully we can put in a professional performance.”
