just as we always do. The important thing in the first few games is to get up to speed and into the groove. I’m sure that we’ll be a bit tired because we’re training really hard.

Five years since unveiling
“It was a really special day in my life. It’s also special to be at the best club in the world and here’s hoping that there are many more years to come. These years have flown by and, overall, the five years have been really successful, with three Champions League triumphs”.

His development
“I’ve really come on as a player. I arrived aged 24 from another country and I think that I’ve done well here. The successes and appearances are all very positive and I’m really happy”.
