Thirteen Real Madrid players have been called up by their national teams in the first international break of the year. Ramos, Asensio, Ceballos, Courtois, Modric and Varane will play two qualifying matches for Euro 2020. Bale and Kroos will play one official and one friendly match, while Keylor Navas, Casemiro, Vallejo and Reguilón have been called up for two friendlies whilst Valverde will play in the China Cup.

Spain-Norway (Saturday 23, 8:45pm)
Malta-Spain (Tuesday 26, 8:45pm)
Ramos, Asensio and Ceballos have been called up for the double commitment as Spain start Group F qualification for the European Championship in 2020. The play on Saturday against Norway at Mestalla and three days later will visit the national stadium Ta’ Qali to face Malta.

Belgium-Russia (Thursday 21, 8:45pm)
Cyprus-Belgium (Sunday 24, 8:45pm)
Courtois will defend the goal of Belgium in their opening Group I qualification match for the European Championship in 2020. The team coached by Roberto Martinez will start on Thursday at home, in the King Balduino stadium, against Russia. And on Sunday, they will visit the GSP stadium to face Cyprus in their second match.

Croatia-Azerbaijan (Thursday 21, 8:45pm)
Hungary-Croatia (Sunday 24, 6pm)
The World Cup runners-up play in Group E and are captained by Modric as they begin at home in the qualification phase for Euro 2020. Azerbaijan will be the first opponent at the Maksimir stadium. Three days later they will play against Hungary in the Groupama Arena.

Moldova-France (Friday 22, 8:45pm)
France-Iceland (Monday 25, 8:45pm)
The world champions, with Varane in their squad, will start Group H at home against Moldova. It will be played this Friday at the Zimbru stadium. Then on Monday they will play their second qualifying match for Euro 2020 at the Stade de France against Iceland.

Wales-Trinidad and Tobago (Wednesday 20, 8:45pm)
Wales-Slovakia (Sunday 24, 3pm)
Bale will lead Wales again in this international break. The Welshman will be involved in two commitments at home. The first will be a friendly against Trinidad and Tobago at the Racecourse Ground in the city of Wrexham. The second will be an official Group E qualifying match for Euro 2020 as they take on Slovakia on Sunday at Cardiff City Stadium.
