The 23-year-old played 34 games scoring just 13 for the Ligue 1 champions in all competitions last season.

Moura rarely plays for PSG and often comes in as substitute but with acquisition of former Sevilla manager and midfielder, Enai Emery and Gryzegorz Krychowiak respectively, Lucas Moura will fall below the pecking order at PSG, a better offer from Liverpool could lure him to Anfield.

2. Jonas Hector

Liverpool have reignite their interest in FC Koln left-back Jonas Hector who is also on Tottenham radar.

The Germany international impress very well at just ended Euro 2016 in France and we understand Liverpool have table £25m for his services.

Liverpool suffered defensive howlers last season especially left-back position and Hector has emerged as the ideal player for the side.

3. Mario Gotze

Jurgen Klopp is looking at a possible reunion with Mario Gotze but needs to ward of Borussia Dortmund who are also interested in their former player.

The World Cup winner was a key figure at Borussia Dortmund under Klopp’s regime by helping them to clinch back-to-back Bundesliga in 2010 and 2011 and Champions League finalist in 2013.

His spell with Bayern Munich is understood did not yield a potent results as expected.

Bayern Munich recruited Portugal midfielder Renato Sanches who was part of his country’s Euro 2016 success squad and that can push Gotze away to elsewhere.
