REASON FOR TOTTENHAM VS BURNLEY BETTING TIPS
Tottenham managed to bounce back from their weekend defeat to Manchester United on Wednesday with a comprehensive 3-0 battering of Hull at White Hart Lane. This made it three wins and two defeats in Spurs’ last five outings in all competitions, which is a vast improvement on their struggles throughout October whilst Harry Kane was out injured.

Kane is back now, and although he didn’t find the net in midweek he is still the biggest threat to the Burnley defence. He has netted seven league goals this season and five of those have come in his six home appearances. He comes in at 8/15 to score anytime which could be worth a bet, but there’s better value to be had in Christian Eriksen. The playmaker notched two in midweek to make it four league goals in his last three appearances, so backing him at 7/5 looks the best choice for our anytime goalscorer predictions.

Tottenham already sit ten points adrift of league leaders Chelsea, but they would be the first to admit that they haven’t played well enough so far. Recent hammerings of Swansea and Hull have shown a huge improvement though, and they have won their last four home games in all competitions. They have scored an impressive 14 goals in these matches too.

This won’t come as good news to the travelling Burnley fans. Their midweek defeat at West Ham made it seven losses and one draw in their eight away days in all competitions this season. They have conceded 17 goals in this period and scored just one at the other end.

Burnley’s home form is better, which is why they sit 13th in the table. Their away record is what matters here though, and that has been relegation battling form so far this season.

The visitors’ singular away goal was a pretty dubious one as well as they were awarded a consolation penalty at Southampton when 3-0 down. Going forward they have been almost non existent away from home, and Spurs have kept five clean sheets in eight Premier League home games. Backing a Tottenham Win to Nil at 10/11 looks a good choice, as does a 3-0 correct score predictions at 13/2.
