There’s always been something special about Arsenal v Liverpool, a fixture that remains one of the Premier League’s genuine blockbusters.

When you consider both sides’ respective form this season, with the visitors unbeaten in the Premier League and us having won 12 of our last 13 games, it is shaping up to be another classic encounter.

The corresponding game last term was one of the most memorable games of the season when the Reds visited north London, as they stormed into a two-goal lead only for Arsenal to score three times in the space of six minutes to turn the match on its head. But there was one final sting in the tail as the visitors snatched a point.

Considering the attacking riches on offer on both sides, it is fair to expect another high-scoring clash, but arsenal will have to find its way past a Liverpool defence that has only conceded four times in the Premier League this term.
