The Brazilian closed out the campaign having disputed 4,080 minutes for Real Madrid.

For yet another season, Casemiro has been a key piece of Real Madrid’s midfield, and has closed out the season having enjoyed more game time than any other player. The Brazilian totalled 4,080 minutes on the pitch across 46 games this term. The figure sees him eclipse his record from the 2017/18 campaign (3,946).

Casemiro was once again relentless in his defensive work, finishing the domestic season top of the LaLiga ball recoveries charts. He has also contributed at the other end of the pitch, with five goals and two assists to his name.

Playing time
Seven Real Madrid players have broken the 3,000-minute mark this season. Karim Benzema, with 3,977 and Thibaut Courtois (3,855) are next on the list after the Brazilian ace, followed by Raphael Varane (3,843), Sergio Ramos (3,830), Dani Carvajal (3,753) and Toni Kroos (3,568).
