The Premier League champions, Leicester City will get their International Champions Cup underway on Saturday as they travel to Celtic Park to take on Celtic.
The Foxes started their Pre-season tour on a good as they grabbed a 2-1 victory against Oxford United on Tuesday Evening. They also made sure 22 of their players participated in the game at Kassam Stadium.
Foxes went a goal down 14 minutes into the game, but Demarai Gray pulled them level and Jefferey Schlupp scored the winner for the English Champions. New signings Ahmed Musa, Ron-Robert Zieler and Luis Hernandez all participated in the win against Oxford and will be hoping to impress in the foxes games during International Champions Cup.
The host Celtic have been busy, they have played two legged Champions league qualifier against Lincoln Red Imps, they lost 1-0 in the first leg, but grabbed a huge 3-0 win at home in the second leg.
Brendan Rodgers’ men will now play Kazakhstan side Astana in their next qualifying round. They will be looking forward to a win in this game, as it seems the easiest in their ICC games.
