The Rossoneri complete their first session of the week ahead of Inter v AC Milan

The Rossoneri returned to training this afternoon at Milanello after being granted a day off by Coach Pioli yesterday. Ivan Gazidis,

Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were all in attendance as the team started their preparations for the Derby.

THE REPORT

To start off, the team did muscle activation work in the gym prior to heading out to the central pitch,

where the players continued warming up by completing a series of exercises which were carried out with the aid of low obstacles. It was then time for technical drills: dribbling work,

quick combination play and crossing and shooting practice were all part of today’s programme. After this, there was a focus on ball possession before a practice match on half a pitch brought proceedings to a close.
