The defender made his first league appearance in the win over the team from Castilla León back in November.

This Sunday sees Real Madrid head to Valladolid, the same opposition against whom Sergio Reguilón made his LaLiga debut. The left-back made his inaugural league appearance in the first clash between the two teams this season, back on the 3rd of November at the Santiago Bernabéu. The game finished with a 2-0 madridista win thanks to goals from Sergio Ramos and Vinicius Jr. Reguilón played the full 90 minutes and put in a solid display.

A month prior to his debut Primera División clash, Reguilón played in his first official match for Real Madrid on the team’s visit to CSKA Moscow. Since then, the academy graduate has gone on to make 19 appearances, disputing 1,527 minutes. Aside from his defensive qualities, he’s been particularly impressive when joining the attack. Indeed, he has already provided two assists, the most recent coming as he set up Asensio to score in last Tuesday’s game.
