In his first four months, the Brazilian ace has netted 6 times and provided one assist.

Just fourteen games into his Real Madrid career, the youngster boasts some impressive numbers. In Rodrygo’s first four months with the Whites, he has already notched six goals and laid on one assist. The Brazilian made his debut at 18 years of age at the Santiago Bernabéu and it took him only one minute to open his madridista account, when he netted against Osasuna on the 25th of September.

Since then, his figures have been outstanding. In LaLiga he has also found the net against Leganés, but the Champions is where the Brazilian ace has really stood out, even recording his first hat-trick. That came in the thrashing of Galatasaray, a game in which he also found his first assist, allowing Benzema to make it 4-0 in the game. Next up was a trip to Bruges, where his left-footed strike put Madrid ahead. Such performances have led to him being named in the Champions League Breakthrough team of 2019. With just a few days to go until his 19th birthday, Rodrygo’s future looks very bright indeed.
