Real Madrid are moments away from signing Valencia’s Andre Gomes, thwarting the plans of Juventus.
The Bianconeri had already been linked to the Portuguese as one of a number of viable targets for their midfield.
According to Marca, however, the Merengues are very close to a deal with Valencia for the signing of the 22-year-old.
Gomes will join Real Madrid for €50m plus a bonus of €10m. He is considered indispensable by Coach Zinedine Zidane.
